-Profile: Create a profile on Arise.com

 

 

-Voice Assessment: The voice assessment not only verifies the clarity of your speech but also checks that you can follow written directions.

 

 

-Background Check: You will need to complete a Background Check (not credit check). The Background check is $12.95 in most states ($25.95 in Colorado, Nevada, South Dakota and Vermont).

 

 

-CSP101: The CSP101 teaches you the inner workings of Arise and other things you will need to know how to operate once you are servicing; like scheduling to service, running reports, taking classes, expressing interest in a client etc. The CSP101 is $99 at regular price; however, Arise does run specials.

 

-Incorporate: Once you have completed the steps above, you will need to contact your District Manager. Your District Manager will send you directions on how to add yourself to the Home Link Staffing Company. Remember to ask us for Home Link Staffing VSC number to get started DO NOT incorporate yourself we are here to assist you!

-Client Certification Training: There is also a charge for all client certification training. The classes are $50 and up. Each agent is responsible for this fee* which is paid directly to Arise Home Link Staffing does not receive any portion of this training fee. Certification courses are 15-20 days long and are typically scheduled Monday – Friday, several hours a day (No weekend or holiday training). These classes are held online in a virtual classroom, they are not self-paced. They are scheduled at the same time each day, no absences are allowed.
